Strength Coach for the New York Mets, started ATHLEAN-X to “put the science back in strength,” and it’s not hard to see that he knows what he’s talking about. With several videos per week and a giant backlog of amazing training tips, ATHLEAN-X will have you doing the little things you need to achieve major gains. TRAIN LIKE ROCKY IV: ROSS TRAINING
Ross Enamait is the resident MacGuyver of the fitness world. A former boxer, Ross has evolved into a successful boxing trainer and the go-to expert on how to get in a killer workout just about anywhere. With winter here, Ross Training is the go-to resource to make sure you’re staying on your fitness game when the weather gets nasty. Check out Ross’ website to see his brilliance for yourself.
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?: SPOT ME BRO
From the downright hilarious to informative gym gems, Spot Me Bro is a must-read for anyone living the #fitlife. Don’t belive me? You don’t get over 1 million monthly readers by publishing sh!t articles. Check out www.SpotMeBro.com and see for yourself – you’ll thank (or possibly curse) me an hour from now when you realize you’ve just spent 60 minutes of company time clicking around the site.
LIFT HEAVY WEIGHT LIKE A BOSS: TONY GENTILCORE
Simply put, Tony is THE MAN. His blog is one of the best reads on the internet, not just for lifting heavy sh*t. Tony’s written ~2,000 articles on his website and for some of the biggest sites in fitness (STACK, Men’s Health, T-Nation, etc.). He’s written about pretty much everything, but his bread and butter is moving weight and doing so safely. Do yourself a favor and check out Tony’s website, it might just save your ass (literally).
MASTER YOUR NUTRITION: BORN FITNESS
Is your favorite blogger endorsed by Arnold Schwarzenegger? Adam Bornstein’s is. Adam’s a best-selling author, former fitness editor at Men’s Health and former editorial director at Livestrong.com. His blog covers everything from killer workouts to motivation, but it’s his in-depth dives into nutrition and supplements that knock the cover off the ball.
