I was once a lost soul in the gym. I spent YEARS going through the motions with a shitty split, 3 sets of 10 and no progress. It wasn’t until I got my mind right that I started seeing real results and, in turn, enjoying the f*ck out of training.

Yeah, that’s me. I work out.

These days everyone wants to be an entrepreneur but few have any idea just how f*cking hard it is. Let me put it in plain terms for the aspiring entrepreneurs out there: IT SUCKS. No income. No friends. No time. NOTHING. It's just you and your dream.

Even if you have the best product (as we do with the AMMO Base Layers) it's no guarantee anyone will buy them...especially not your "boys" (many of whom just want to see you fall flat on your face). The only way you can make it happen is by not stopping. Believe in yourself and keep moving forward.
